Forward is the only way and never should you turn back in life.

Never regret no matter what you have achieved in life be it in times of up or down.Simple as it may sound but i assure you it may or is still difficult for many people.We must understand that although it is hard to face reality but its pointless to regret isn’t it?

There are so many times that we experience some setbacks in our lives and we feel it is the end of the world. We tend to dwell on those things that we forget to learn from them and move on with our lives. The story below, states clearly what our attitude to setbacks should be.

“I’m always looking for the right words to encourage my football(American) team. at Baylor University where I’ve been Head Coach for 14 years. I’ve used everything from praise to provocation to get the best out of my players. But once, the right encouraging words came from a team member.

Something happened to me some years back that is worthy is sharing with everybody all over the world. When I started running my business, things were very tough for me to the point that I could hardly afford to have a dime on me. One of those days, I was at home and very hungry with no hope of seeing anything to munch. I tried to force myself to sleep, but I could only succeed for just thirty minutes! I was so hungry that I just couldn’t have time for my favorite past time, reading.
