I want to use this medium to welcome you to this GREAT year, 2008! This year, to me, is a year of possibilities. A year to become all you can become through the Special Grace of the Almighty.

I have always believed that the mind of man is so powerful and he can accomplish anything he sets his mind to achieve. There are simply NO IMPOSSIBILITIES and we must all believe this.

At the beginning of this month, I was looking at the best ways to appreciate all those that have contributed to the success of this blog and I brought up the idea of posting an appreciation message towards the end of the year.

Some days back, my friend, Rick Cockrum, of Shards of Consciousness did something similar and that strenghtened my belief that I can implement the idea. Thanks Rick

So many people have been wonderful to me this year. This year marked the moment this blog exploded. I have been a lazy blogger because I see it as just having a presence and not something to take seriously. Something happened that turned my perception of blogging around.

I made a post on a forum some weeks back asking other forumites where they were five years ago and I will like to repost that quest here as well. Below is the exact question I asked them:

“I have always learnt that where we are today is as a result of where we were years back and the decisions we took back then.

Can you reminisce to 5 years ago? Where were you? What were you doing? Is there much difference between who you were then and who you are now?

While reaching out to prospective bloggers for my Group Writing Project, I stumbled on two blogs that contain something very unique. I just couldn’t believe the great stuffs being done on the blog.

What will be your response if you are asked to advice your younger self? That is what the two blogs are all about and you can make your contribution as well. I have made mine and I look forward to reading what you have to say to your younger self.

I have been thinking of organising a Group writing Project for a while and I believe this is the perfect time to start one. I thought it will be wise if other people share their thoughts on creative dreaming and how it had impacted their lives.

I have been suprised at the huge opportunities that abound on MySpace.com. The caliber of people I am meeting there are people I never imagined meeting anywhere except by subscribing to their
newsletters, if they have any, or attending their seminars.

A new twist got added to my surprises when I discovered there is Jesus on MySpace. I have been doing a lot of researching on the website and was surprised to see Jesus there as well.

Out of curiosity, I visited His page and what I saw was very interesting, to say. There are so many people really “talking” to Jesus on that page. People offering prayers and so many things to Jesus on His MySpace page.

I am so excited sharing this. It is the first time I will be interviewed and showcased online. How did this begin?

I got a mail from Josh of ReachForMagnificence of the need to share my story on his website. I was surprised at first but got over the shock and I answered the five questions he asked and forwarded the questions along with one of my best articles to him.
